Okay.
You still have a bit more to learn about music, mainly what goes together and what doesn't. There are some very small but noticeable parts where the instruments don't really sync, and is definitely very distracting from the song itself. The song also doesn't have a memorable melody with it, which is pretty much a big no-no. Overall, I suggest you watch a few tutorials online, and maybe study some songs to see what things go with what things.

I like the funky groove of the song. Only problem would be pretty much the progression of the song, since it feels too bland and might not really make people want to listen to the song more than once.
